Meet entries are due by Monday, March 1st at noon to Coach Dan at mtkaswimentries@gmail.com. Entries will be finalized on Tuesday.

Directions Approaching Rochester from the South or North on US Highway 52 take the 19th Street Northwest Exit. If you are coming from the North, take a left turn (East) off the ramp onto 19 th Street. After crossing the highway bridge, go straight at the stop light onto Elton Hills Drive. Follow the winding Elton Hills Drive to just before the intersection with Broadway (0.8 mile). The Rec Center is on the left prior to the Broadway intersection. If you approach from the South, exit at 19 th Street. Turn right off the ramp onto 19 th street. Go straight at the light onto Elton Hills Drive. Follow Elton Hills Drive similarly. Entrance to the pool on competitive days is on the WEST side. PARK ONLY ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE FACILITY.

SESSION WARM UP TIME MEET START
Friday March 12 3:30 PM 5:00 PM
Saturday March 13 12:30 PM 2:00 PM
Sunday March 14* 8:30 AM 10:00 AM
* Sat. & Sun. PM warm up sessions will not start before noon, with a minimum of an hour for warm up.
Awards: Individual Events: 1st - 8th place medals. Relay Events: 1st - 8th place medals. Awards will be presented to the top 8 finishers in each event at award ceremonies during the meet. Certificates will be given to the Top 3 High Point swimmers in each age group and sex. Teams will be awarded trophies.
Entry Limits: Swimmers may compete in a maximum of 4 individual events on Saturday; relays do not count against limits.
11 & 12 year olds--9 event maximum
9 & 10 year olds--8 event maximum
8 & Under--6 event maximum

Concessions: Will be provided.
Fees: $5 per entrant; $6.50 per individual and relay splash. You will be invoiced for payment, based on your entries.
ACCOMODATIONS:
We have a block of 12 rooms reserved at at rate of $109.00 per night. (Plus 11.375% state/local tax; no other promotions or 50% discounts will apply).

Individuals may contact reservations at 1-877-623-7775 with any changes or corrections after Feb. 10. Hotel check in time begins at 3 p.m and check out is 12 noon. Please note the hotel will make every effort to keep rooms close together but there is no guarantee.
