Meet Entry Policy

As a competitive Club, we strongly believe that athletes should compete in meets as mutually agreed between the athlete and his/her coach.  The season's meet schedule is established to try to ensure swimmers at all levels have ample opportunity to improve their swimming through competition.

The Club has greatly simplified meet entries by switching to the Website meet registration and entry system.  You must be logged in with your password to use the system and register.

All you need to do is:

1.     Find the meet you want to attend under the EVENTS tab.  Click on the meet and read the information there.  Included will be who qualifies for the meet (based on times...i.e. all times, only A+ times, etc.), and any limitations to the number of entries per day each swimmer can have.  Additionally, meet fees will be listed here.

2.     Click on   Attend this Event  .  A screen will appear that shows your swimmer's name, and tells you to "click on member name to declare for this event."  Once you click on the swimmer's name, you should get a screen asking you to declare the swimmer’s intent to participate in the meet.

If you click that you do not want to participate, save your choice and close out of the system. 

·         However, when you say “yes, please sign up for this event,” you will then get more information on the screen that shows the events the swimmer can sign up for, and the swimmer's times.

If you have any special instructions or notes (for example, you can tell the coaches that you are only available to swim a meet on a specific day or, if instructions ask that you advise of your availability for relays, you should include your ability to participate) put these in the notes box by your declaration of participating in the meet. 

·         Next, select the races you want by putting a check in the box.  The system will automatically select the seed time, and show the races as "pending."  Once you submit your selection, our coaches will be able to view your selections online and approve your meet participation.

  1. You will have until the event closing date to make changes to your registered races.
  2. Your meet fees will be invoiced on the 21st of the following month.
