This program is designed for the adult swimmer who:
· Was a former competitive swimmer OR
· Would like to train and/or compete in Master’s meets
· Would like to train and/or compete for triathalons
· Have been out of the water from 1 year to 30 years or more
Workouts are personalized to meet your goals--whether to have a directed cardiovascular workout, or to begin competing again.
 
USMS REGISTRATION: Please note that every Masters swimmer must register with US Masters Swimming regardless of your intent to swim for fitness or to compete The cost is $40 per year and provides insurance coverage for your you as well as your club.
